I bought a Domusa oil boiler last November, and the technician Mario Relu, from Guadalajara, came to validate the warranty and carry out a minor repair. His service was fantastic throughout, very clear and informative, explaining each step he took. He was very professional and, at the same time, very friendly. Everything was perfect afterward, except for a slight humming noise due to excessive pressure from the boiler's pump. I called Domusa's customer service, and they were extremely helpful and connected me with Mario, who gave me a fantastic tutorial and was able to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this brand and this technical service thanks to professionals like Mario.

This afternoon, Miguel and Pablo came to my house to repair the boiler. The experience was extremely positive, for many reasons. Not least among them was the technicians' helpful, friendly, and empathetic attitude, as it's never easy to survive in the mountains in the middle of winter with a broken boiler. Equally impressive was their diligence, skill, and dedication during the extended time they spent working, leaving no stone unturned and taking every precaution necessary to ensure safe and long-lasting operation. For all of this, thank you both, who lifted our spirits after several anxious days in the freezing cold.
